Energy Conservation Assistance Program
Objectives and Description:
This Program, in partnership with BC Hydro Power Smart, provides qualified, low-income natural gas residential customers with a free home energy evaluation, free installation of energy saving products and personalized advice to help them save energy and money on their utility bill. The energy saving products installed may include:- LED light bulbs
- kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators
- water-efficient showerheads
- exterior door weatherstripping
- clothes drying rack or clothesline
