Request the "Homeowner Record of Upgrades" form for ecoENERGY Retrofit – Homes
As a participant in the ecoENERGY Retrofit - Homes program, you can use this form to collect information about certain upgrades that might be difficult to verify after installation. Please record these specifications, with the help of your contractors if necessary, and provide them to your energy advisor at the time of your post-retrofit evaluation. This will help ensure the accuracy of the information to be submitted to Natural Resources Canada.
