Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) does not currently offer funding for energy efficiency upgrades in homes. However, a number of provinces, territories, municipalities, energy utilities and non-government organizations use resources such as the EnerGuide Rating System – Existing Homes or NRCan’s initiatives for new homes as part of their non-financial programs, grants, rebates and financial incentives. Consult with these local organizations directly to ensure you are meeting their respective guidelines, deadlines and eligibility criteria.
