The service organization that hired the energy advisor who visited your property is often your best source of information about your evaluation, recommendations and grant application. You can find their phone number in your homeowners report, on your EnerGuide label and in the service provider and energy advisor database.
If you are a participating homeowner, you should quote your registration number or your 10-digit ecoENERGY number which you can find in your pre-retrofit report, on the ecoENERGY mini-label on your electrical panel, on your EnerGuide label or on your signed application form for all enquiries. Please do not attempt to contact the program by multiple methods or multiple times as this could lead to simultaneous investigations which could delay your response.
