CIPEC Leadership Awards

Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) co-hosts the biennial Energy conference, Canada’s foremost industrial energy efficiency event. At the conference, the Canadian Industry Program for Energy Conservation (CIPEC) honours companies that have made a significant and innovative contribution to energy efficiency. The CIPEC Leadership Awards celebrate the achievements of Canada’s industrial companies and raise awareness that energy efficiency improves the bottom line and contributes to a cleaner environment.

Winning a CIPEC Leadership Award provides individuals and organizations with national recognition. In addition to presenting engraved plaques to winners, NRCan recognizes award winners in the CIPEC Annual Report and national news releases. Recipients are also featured in CIPEC’s bi-monthly newsletter, Heads Up CIPEC, which is delivered to more than 10,000 industry and government officials.
